From customized hair treatments to flawless braid work, I treat each appointment as a moment to help you protect your crown with pride 👑 💆🏾‍♂️ What Every Style Includes Each appointment comes with a luxury wash day experience to restore, prep, and pamper your hair before styling: ✨ 3-Step Shampoo& Deep Conditioner 💨 Steam Treatment to open follicles and deeply hydrate 🧖🏾 Hot Towel Scalp Therapy for relaxation and blood circulation 💆🏾 Mini Head Massage to relieve tension and stimulate growth 🌀 Blow Dry & Prep to ensure the smoothest base for braiding 📌 Policies ⏰ Late Policy I value your time and the time of every client I serve. • A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. • If you’re 15 minutes late, your service will be adjusted to fit the remaining time, but the original price will remain the same. • Arrivals 16 minutes late or more will be considered a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled with a fee applied. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Please use your confirmation link or message me directly to adjust your booking. ⸻ ❌ Same-Day Cancellation / No-Call No-Show All same-day cancellations, no-call/no-shows, or failure to communicate will be charged 100% of the service fee.
